Salary to Hourly – Paycheck Calculator

Salary to hourly wage calculator lets you see how much you earn over different periods. It is a flexible tool that allows you to convert your annual remuneration to an hourly paycheck, recalculate monthly wage to hourly rate, weekly rate to a yearly wage, etc. This salary converter does it all very quickly and easily, saving you time and effort. In the article below, you can find information about salary ranges, a closer look at hourly and annual types of employment, as well as the pros and cons for each of these. Moreover, you can find a step-by-step explanation of how to use this paycheck calculator down below.

Looking for a new job is a tough and stressful task. You need to change your community, coworkers, place, and even habits. But a job change can be essential for your career at a certain time. You will be better off if you face and overcome these difficulties.

Nowadays, thanks to the Internet, we have access to a huge amount of job offers globally. You can easily check your city, another state, nearby countries, or even another continent for new prospects. That might be confusing. However, a few factors might be decisive for your final choice. For many of us, salary is one of the most important aspects while choosing a particular job position. For the rest of us, even it is not the top priority element, it is still one of the most significant motivators that lead us to say: ok, I want to work here. So, let’s take a closer look at how to draw conclusions from the numbers. Your future employer may introduce a salary offer in a few different ways:

In fact, all of them sum up to the same value, if considered over the same period of time. However, when you take a first look at different job offers, where salary is presented in various ways, the whole issue may confuse you. You might be not able to easily compare the rates. To have a clear view, first, you need to do some math with the numbers. If you have many offers to recalculate, that will take a long time, and if you make a mistake the consequences could be dire. A much nicer and easier way is to use this paycheck calculator and have all the results immediately.

Paycheck calculator

This salary to hourly converter can save a lot of your time and effort. And time is money, right? Imagine if you didn’t need to do all these boring calculations or to compare the salaries manually. Nice, isn’t it? Thanks to us, it is possible! We provide you the smart salary converter that recalculates all types of wages mentioned in the paragraph above. The only two things you need to do is enter how many hours per week you work and fill in the value for one type of wage, e.g., the monthly wage. Results for all other wage types will be shown automatically. That’s cool!

What is more, the appropriate currency for your country is already set by default. If you want to perform a few calculations in a row for different salaries, it won’t be a problem – simply lock the hours per week field and it will not change every time you type in a new value. Moreover, you can open the advanced mode and check how much you earn per each minute and second. Take a look at these values too, sometimes they’re really surprising!

In this salary converter, we made a few assumptions for the purpose of simplifying the calculations. By default, the week is 40 hours long, but you can freely configure it according to your needs. A year is 52 weeks, and a month is 1/12 of a year.

The Ideal Time to Ask for a Raise or Find a New Job

If economic conditions or work conditions at your employer sharply deteriorate, it may already be too late to look for another job, as increased stress and uncertainty will likely make applicants look less appealing to other employers. And it is hard to find a new job when the broader economy is in a downturn.

The lowering labor participation rates is due in large part to globalization. When it was coupled with low interest rates in the wake of the Great Recession, corporate profits jumped to record highs.

Labor has been receiving a lower share of productivity gains across the economy. If the rate of return on capital is greater than the rate of growth across the economy it leads to an increasing concentration of wealth.

Failure versus Success.

Salary vs. hourly pros and cons

Pros of salary pay

1. Reliable Pay

Financial planning is important. Having a reliable paycheck allows you to plan for your future and feel secure in your decisions. And even though there are times you may end up working more on salary, a salary position affords the opportunity to budget in a much more effective way.

2. Benefits packages

Additionally, salaried positions are eligible for bonuses. And if a company is looking at promoting an employee, they will often favor salaried employees, leading to faster tracks of advancement within companies.

3. Higher income

As mentioned above, to be an exempt salaried employee, the law states your equivalent hourly wage must be above the federal minimum wage. And while there are hourly employees working in specialized fields who receive high hourly pay, you will often find higher paying jobs are salaried.

4. Overtime is still possible but rare

Keep in mind, some salaried employees can still get overtime pay. As of the end of 2016, some white-collar workers who make a salary of $47,476 or less (or $913 per week), and work over 40 hours in a week, can be eligible for overtime pay.

Cons of salary pay

Though there is considerably more financial reliability in salary positions, the salary vs. hourly pay debate is not without its own points against salary pay. This largely plays out in overtime.

1. Lack of overtime & less time to make money elsewhere if ever needed

Salaried employees are, more often than not, ineligible for overtime. Regardless of how many hours you have to work, you have no protections or assurances for overtime pay. Yes, working additional hours can present a reason for a bonus, but that is no guarantee.

Again, back to this example—you’re paid $60,000 per year, but each week, you’re constantly working more than 40 hours per week. Now, once you calculate hourly rate from salary, you could actually find you’re paid a much lower hourly rate with little to no time to make the money elsewhere.

Pros of hourly pay

1. Overtime compensation

Salary employee laws vs. hourly employee laws have distinct differences in their approach to overtime. If you work more than 40 hours per week, you will receive time and a half for all additional hours surpassing those first 40 hours. Depending on a variety of factors, overtime time rates will exceed time and a half.

Let’s say you’re working as a production assistant. Oftentimes, you will be putting in well over a 40-hour workweek. Though these positions may have a lower hourly wage, you will be fairly compensated for those extra hours unlike a salaried employee.

2. Holiday pay

In addition to time and a half, some employers will offer even higher compensation to employees working holidays. If you’re working these positions that also have you often working overtime, it can be a much better option.

3. Work flexibility

For many who are in school or are starting out their careers, hourly positions provide the flexibility that makes the most sense for their goals. Some entry level positions start off as hourly, so it may be the primary option for an entry level position. Especially now, in the gig economy, many companies are understanding the need for this kind of flexibility.

For flexibility with jobs and the freedom of freelance work, some might explicitly choose to take on hourly positions that pay higher in addition to other jobs or contract work.

Cons of hourly pay

1. Lack of regularity

Overtime is a great assurance of more fair compensation when you’re pulling in hours that exceed the typical 40-hour workweek. However, sometimes employers will cut costs by decreasing their employees’ hours. You may go into an hourly position with the expectation that you’ll be working 30-35 hours a week with the occasional overtime, but that doesn’t mean a company won’t cut back your hours when necessary or if your services are no longer needed.

Financial regularity is important for financial planning. Even if you’re working a well paid hourly position, that lack of regularity and reliability can be a significant source of stress. It can impede you from making resolute financial and budgeting decisions.

2. Constant job hunting

There’s also, usually, a ton of juggling involved. If your hours are cut, you’re likely bouncing around from job to job. This can get exhausting and you may find yourself feeling stressed from the never ending job hunt.

3. Fewer benefits

Many salaried positions include benefits. The Affordable Care Act mandates businesses with 50 or more employees help pay for health insurance for their employees that work 30 or more hours per week. However, employers will sidestep that by deliberately cutting your hours. You could regularly be kept at 29 hours per week and still not be eligible for health care.

How to calculate hourly rate from salary

If you’re looking at salaried positions, it’s still imperative that you calculate your hourly pay from that salary. If you’re deciding between different positions or salary vs. hourly options, you want to make sure that you’re calculating the number of expected hours worked with your annual pay.

All of these will sum up to the same annual salary value. Regardless of how an employer presents your offer to you, it’s helpful to break these down so that you know these values. Also be sure to know your pay cycle: monthly, biweekly, or weekly. This can also help you know how to plan ahead with your paychecks and financial obligations.

Annual salary to hourly wage

Though this is a standard formula, there are additional elements you will want to keep in mind. Though the typical work week is 40 hours, there are positions that may demand more than this. There’s also the production world where most jobs range greatly in hours worked per week.

Let’s say that you’re choosing between two jobs. One has a higher salary than the other. This might seem more persuasive up front, but you learn that this job comes with a much greater expectation for the hours you put in during the week.

This is a scenario where you would want to adjust the formula beyond the assumed 40-hour week. You could find that you’re working 50-60 hours per week, and that the seemingly lower paying job actually has a better hourly rate and provides you the flexibility to get another job to make up that money where you end up working the same amount of time anyway.

And even if you find that the position with more hours pays better at an hourly rate, also take into consideration your work/life balance. A higher salary is great, but sometimes a better workload and benefits can offset a greater salary.

How to Tell Your Boss You’re Quitting? 10 Tips to Leave Without Drama

Kaja Jurcisinova, Junior Writer at Kickresume

How To Tell Your Boss You’re Quitting (With Example)

In this video, we analyze the resignation process from start to finish, providing key tips at each stage. You’ll learn strategies for providing verbal notice to your employer, composing a resignation letter and preparing coworkers for your departure.

There are several reasons you may want to quit a job, ranging from a change in location to career advancement. Regardless, when quitting your job, it’s important you do it in a way that preserves your professional relationships. Understanding how to tell your boss you’re quitting can help you maintain your professional image while transitioning between jobs. In this article, we discuss how to tell your boss you’re quitting, provide a template of a resignation letter, and give an example of a resignation letter.

How to tell your boss you’re quitting

1. Have a meeting with your boss

Setting time aside to meet with your boss before you quit shows you respect them. When you’ve decided to quit a job, it’s important your boss knows before it becomes public. Similarly, a meeting allows you to have cordial dialogue with your supervisor and end your relationship professionally. Ensure you set a meeting well in advance of your resignation date.

You can reach out to your boss via call or text and schedule a comfortable time for a meeting. If you work at a physical office, the best approach is to meet your boss in person. Individuals who work remote jobs may have the meeting over teleconferencing software. Lastly, ensure the meeting is straight to the point yet cordial. During your meeting, you can discuss the details of your resignation.

2. Explain why you’re quitting

When discussing your resignation with your boss, it’s normal they want to know your reason for quitting. It’s important you identify the reason so you can provide a confident answer. There are various reasons you may leave a job. For example, you may be leaving because you’re relocating to another city or country. If you’re leaving because you found a better opportunity, you can tell your manager that the new role aligns better with your career goals. Ensure you mention how what you’ve learned under your employer has helped you grow as a professional.

If you’re leaving due to a negative experience in your current role, you can start by acknowledging the positives of the role. Next, discuss its shortcomings and how they affect your ability to be productive. If possible, now is a great time to renegotiate your contract. Finally, you can mention what improvements in your working condition can make you reconsider your move. For example, you can negotiate more flexible work options if you’re leaving an employer due to a poor work-life balance.

3. Give reasonable notice

Giving reasonable notice is a form of professional etiquette that’s essential when quitting your job. A notice of resignation allows your employer to make the necessary arrangements to fill in your position after you resign. The appropriate amount of time to give an employer notice varies according to the location and nature of your work. Generally, two weeks is sufficient time to give notice of your resignation. Providing sufficient notice shows you’re concerned about the company’s affairs and you respect your employer and colleagues. If possible, leave sufficient time for you to assist with the transition.

4. Offer to assist with the transition

To further foster a positive relationship between you and your colleagues, you can offer to help prepare for your absence. The transition process can be tough for companies, and your manager is likely to appreciate the help. Also, your experience and knowledge of the role put you in the best position to oversee a transition. There are various ways you can contribute to a smoother transition process. For example, you can recommend candidates that have the qualifications to replace you. This is particularly relevant for individuals who’re quitting leadership roles.

Furthermore, you can help with the transition by organizing your pending tasks, training a new employee, or apportioning your pending tasks among willing colleagues. Helping your employer with the transition demonstrates concern for the company’s welfare and can strengthen the relationship you have with your colleagues. It also allows you to transfer your knowledge about the company’s work processes before you leave. The process of teaching another person about the role can help you develop a better understanding of it. This knowledge may assist you with future opportunities.

5. Show gratitude

As an employee, you’ve likely enjoyed certain benefits from your company. This can be in the form of access to development opportunities or the experiences you’ve gained through the role. Most likely, these qualifications helped you secure your new role. It’s important you express gratitude to your employer. This demonstrates professionalism and can strengthen your relationship with your manager. You can thank your supervisor in person and include an appreciation paragraph in your resignation letter.

You can also thank your colleagues before leaving. You may want to express your gratitude to colleagues in your department, team, or those who are close to you. For example, you can write an appreciation note or email to all your colleagues. This can improve your professional relationship with them, which helps build your network. Lastly, remember to exchange contact details with your colleagues.

6. Provide constructive feedback

Many organizations have interviews for employees who are leaving their company. These exit interviews allow outgoing employees to talk about their experience and what the company can improve. If the company you work for doesn’t hold exit interviews, you may discuss it during the meeting where you notify your employer of your resignation. This is because feedback is essential for your employer to improve its working conditions. Examples of areas you can discuss are the work environment, schedule, work benefits, and access to training opportunities. Additionally, you can give suggestions relating to the company’s corporate culture.

4. Don’t disclose too much

Whichever way the conversation goes, it’s particularly important that you don’t feel guilty about moving on — or feel like you need to over-explain. In this way, you won’t feel under pressure to reveal everything about your next move.

Keep any negative feelings to yourself. Building bridges takes time, but you can burn them in a flick of a moment. Don’t destroy your connections and valuable friendships. It would be the dumbest thing to do when quitting.

Finally, if you really feel that your boss is open to criticism and you’d like to give some feedback, do so face-to-face and in a constructive manner. But if you want to be safe, instead of bringing up any negative reasons, focus on the positive aspects of your new position:

8. Don’t breach any confidentiality and non-compete agreements

Last but not least, make sure you’re not under the obligation of a non-compete agreement that could prevent you from breaking free from your current employer and starting your own business.

  1. “Leaving now” scenario. Chances are your employer will ask you to pack up your things right away and cut off electronic access to any documents you worked with. Be also prepared to say farewell to your company-owned equipment and turn in things like a company car, phone, laptop, pager, or tablet immediately after expressing your intentions.
  2. “Staying longer” scenario. Even if you’re already thinking of your next job, it might still be feasible for you to stay a couple of weeks longer than you originally intended. Be smart and consider asking your employer for a positive reference or recommendation letter in return.
  3. “No quitting” scenario. What to do when your boss wants you to stay? If you’re still undecided, ask for some time so that you can sleep on it. Stay rational and weigh all the pros and cons. If it makes sense to stay, do so. But bear in mind that even if you decide to stay on board, your attempt to quit is very likely to affect your relationship with your boss in the future. You also shouldn’t forget to decline your new offer in a polite way.

How to Pick the Right Resume Format?

There are three types of resume formats: reverse chronological, functional or skills-based, and a combination of the two. The choice depends on the type of job you are applying for and your level of experience.

1) Reverse chronological resume format – This is the most popular resume format and is ideal for people with plenty of work experience that is relevant to the position they’re interested in.

3) Combination resume format – The combination resume is a great choice for job-seekers with a very diverse skill-set. It’s useful if you’re applying for a role that requires expertise in 3-4 different fields, and you want to show all that in your resume. Say, for example, you’re applying for a senior management role, and the requirements are expertise in Management, Sales, and Software Development.

In 90%+ cases, you’d want to stick to the reverse-chronological resume format. This is the most common one, and most HR managers are used to this. Hence, in this guide, we’re going to focus on this specific format.

What is the Best Resume Layout?

1. One page in length. You should only go for 2 pages if you really, really believe that it’ll add significant value. HR managers in big firms get around 1,000+ resumes per month. They’re not going to spend their valuable time reading your life story!

Adding style to your resume

For formal industries like law, finance, or politics, you should stick to a simple, traditional resume style. Clean lines, no graphics, and dark colors like navy blue or burgundy are most appropriate.

However, if you want a job in a more creative industry like tech or marketing, you should use a more modern resume design. Modern resume designs include brighter colors, sans-serif fonts, and graphic details like visual skill levels or sidebars.

Frequently Asked Questions about How to Make a Resume for a Job

How to make a resume for a job?

First, read the job ad carefully to pick up keywords for your resume that you’ll target to pass the Applicant Tracking Software test. Next, create resume sections necessary to present yourself, your qualifications, and your strengths. The sections are:

Depending on the industry and experience, you’ll have to think about which additional sections work best. But you definitely can’t write a resume without the other five. You can spare yourself the worry by using our resume maker.

How to write a resume for the first time?

Write your first resume with transferable skills in the skills and resume objective sections. In the work history part, add accomplishments examples that prove your qualities of a valuable employee, such as curiosity, eagerness to learn and assist, and developed communication skills. Internships and volunteering placements fit there perfectly. And most importantly—put your academic achievements right below the objective to highlight your educational advancement.

How to make a good resume that will impress recruiters?

An impressive resume is a resume that reads well and looks so, too. So before you get down to writing the nitty-gritty details of your professional and academic achievements, take care of the resume formatting and layout.

Only then move on to adding the biggest successes under each section: resume profile, experience, education, and skills. But—additional parts make the strongest impression, so don’t forget to include awards, certifications or licenses, or extracurricular activities to your resume. Say you’re an achiever, not a doer.

What is the format of a resume?

The chronological format is the most popular resume format suitable for every job applicant—an entry-level position, a specialist, or an executive. By choosing it, you decide to show off your career progression.

Combination format, aka a hybrid, is a well-blended mixture of the chronological and functional formats. It’s the most complex one to write as it includes a skills summary and an extended experience section, which is apt for senior positions.

How to make a resume in Word?

You can spare yourself the trouble and use a pre-made Word resume template. But if you have quite some experience with text formatting (and plenty of time), start making your resume in Word. Create a clean layout, choose a font that reads well, and limit the number of graphic elements on the page not to overwhelm the ATS. Then, add the main and additional resume sections in an order suitable for the resume format. Save it in a Word or PDF file at the end, keeping in mind the instructions from the recruiter.

What does a good resume look like in 2022?

In 2022, you need to make even a stronger impression than in the previous years. Use a modern resume template and include the most important sections: personal information, summary or objective, employment history, education, and skills. Add your best achievements under each section and quantify them. Show your future employer that you’ve had an impact and will continue to bring results.

Twitter marketing

If you have a business, it’s important to market wherever you can. One of the best places to get noticed by consumers is on social media. Social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram can give you access to a huge audience base and help you seek out users interested in your industry.

Twitter marketing example

How to create a Twitter marketing strategy

Audit your accounts

You should also audit brand compliance for existing accounts. Is the Twitter handle the same as your other social media accounts? Are your bio and profile picture on-brand? Did someone forget to update your header image after your 2017 Holiday Campaign, and now— whoops!— it’s advertising a promotion that’s several years out of date?

Set goals

Success on any social media platform begins with having clear, measurable goals. There’s no way to know if your strategy is having a positive impact on your business unless you understand what you’re trying to achieve.

You want to create SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound. So “going viral” doesn’t count. These goals should align with your high-level business objectives, and be broken down into measurable indicators of success.

For example, you may want to drive more traffic to your website. Translate that into a SMART goal by aiming to increase your average click-through rate. You can use your baseline click-through rate from your Twitter audit to set a specific achievable goal over a reasonable period of time (say, an increase from 1.5% to 2.5% in three months).

Check out the competition

So don’t forget to review the Twitter accounts for your industry competitors. Analyzing their social media can help you refine your own, by revealing weaknesses or gaps in their strategy, and ways that you can distinguish yourself.

Assign roles

You need to ensure your accounts are monitored and active, and that someone is replying to direct messages and mentions. Twitter conversations move fast, so it’s noticeable to your followers if you’re not checking in regularly, and a failure to be responsive and timely will damage your brand.

Ensure everyone is clear on their responsibilities. Too much coverage can provide its own problems, if multiple team members are trying to respond to the same tweets and offering redundant or conflicting answers. A social media management tool like Hootsuite can be helpful for assigning clear roles and responsibilities.

Create guidelines

Every kind of conversation—good, bad, weird— happens on Twitter, so you want to be ready for anything. Criticism is inevitable, especially as your account grows, so you should plan for how to respond to trolls and manage a PR crisis. Remember, it’s much better to have those resources and not need them than the other way around.

Make a content calendar

Planning your content takes a little bit of time upfront, but ultimately saves you effort and stress later on. Trust us, you’ll be glad you did it when you’re not struggling to come up with a witty, original tweet for #NationalDoughnutDay at the last minute.

A social media content calendar is useful for aligning the content you’re posting on all your channels, and spotting possible gaps and conflicts that you can address. It also helps you Planning ahead helps seize opportunities for timely or interesting content, like sharing your sustainability practices on Earth Day, or celebrating your female founder on International Women’s Day.

A calendar can also help you assess your content and see if you’re sharing a balanced mix of tweets. You want to follow the rule of thirds (number 8 on this list): ⅓ of tweets promote your business, ⅓ share personal stories, and ⅓ are informative insights from experts or influencers.

Measure your impact

But the data available to you can be overwhelming— there are a ton of metrics at your fingertips, including vanity metrics that aren’t always meaningful. So think about which metrics really matter. Getting a lot of retweets from a funny meme is great— but did any of those translate to conversions or sales?

Find your Twitter voice

Audiences on Twitter are looking for brands that Tweet authentically stay true to their voice. It can be easy to jump on the latest trends to appeal to the masses on Twitter but don’t do this at the expense of losing your brand voice. While your Twitter presence can be more playful and casual than LinkedIn or Facebook, it should still be authentic and consistent with your brand voice as a whole.

Wendy’s is a brand that has nailed its brand voice on Twitter, while still staying true to their brand persona. They’re not afraid to have a little bit of fun with current trends while remaining real to who they are as a brand.

An engaging brand voice is essential, but don’t jump on trends just for the sake of staying relevant. Twitter users are especially astute to when a brand is being inauthentic in an attempt to generate attention.

Examples of great Twitter marketing strategies

Wendy’s

Wendy’s uses comedy and razor-sharp wit to engage with Twitter users. Whether they’re making fun of McDonald’s or getting into a rap battle with Wingstop, Wendy’s proves that making people laugh is one of the best ways to get their attention.

Wendy’s responds to their followers’ tweets in hilarious ways. One of Wendy’s biggest wins on Twitter came in 2017 when Carter Wilkerson asked how many retweets he’d have to get to score free chicken nuggets for a year. Wendy’s jokingly replied that it would take 18 million.

Users started retweeting the post and asking Wendy’s to make Carter’s wish come true. The hashtag #NuggsForCarter was born. #NuggsForCarter brought massive attention to Wendy’s. The tweet was even featured on a skit for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

In the end, the post was retweeted more than 3.2 million times, making it one of the most retweeted tweets of all time. That year, Wendy’s saw their net profits grow by almost 50% over the previous year. Their profit growth was likely due, in part, to their effective use of Twitter and other social media platforms.

Chipotle

Chipotle also has an engaging Twitter presence. Chipotle personally responds to around 90% of follower posts about the company with funny and thoughtful tweets. For example, when one user complained the restaurant was out of guacamole, Chipotle responded they didn’t mean to “guac in and out of” her life.

Another way Chipotle uses Twitter is to publicize its promotions. Quitters Day is a not-so-festive holiday that occurs every year on the second Friday in January. It’s the day when people are most likely to abandon their New Year’s resolutions.

In 2020, Chipotle decided to celebrate Quitter’s Day by inspiring people to hold on to their resolutions to eat healthily. The company started releasing codes on Twitter that its audience could use to receive free Lifestyle Bowls (salad-based Chipotle bowls with other healthy items).

Promotions like these helped Chipotle increase its total revenue by about 7% to over $6 billion in 2020 while many other restaurants and chains struggled just to stay in business. Platforms like Twitter also helped Chipotle grow its digital sales by over 170% in 2020.

Gary Vee

Gary Vaynerchuk is an extremely successful marketing entrepreneur who posts inspirational and educational content on his Twitter feed. However, unlike some users, he’ll sometimes publish the exact same post several times in a day.

Conclusion

Creating a great Twitter strategy is deceptively hard. A lot of work goes into creating brief tweets that will engage and attract an audience. But if you do your research, create targeted content, evaluate your results, and keep updating your strategy, you’ll be able to optimize a Twitter marketing campaign that will help build your brand.

13 Compelling Twitter Marketing Tools You Need in 2022

SocialPilot

SocialPilot is your go-to Twitter marketing tool when it comes to social media marketing. Besides Twitter, it supports other social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram (Direct Publishing), Google My Business, TikTok, and Pinterest.

SocialPilot helps you analyze everything right from hashtags, Twitter mentions, audience engagement to most popular tweets. It also has an inbuilt content curation feature that makes it easy for you to curate relevant content. You can also mention other Twitter profiles while composing tweets to gain more reach.

How to Set Up Your Brand on Twitter?

To build a strong Twitter marketing strategy, you first need a perfect Twitter profile. It is not a challenge and yet, it is essential to make your brand look professional and, therefore, more appealing to your clients, followers, and prospective clients.

Guide-Twitter-Marketing-Revolutapp

  • State your brand’s Name (50 characters max): simply write your brand’s name (Twitter allows name duplicates, so you won’t be bothered here). You just need to make it shorter than 50 characters.
  • Write a powerful Bio (160 characters max): other users will see your bio if they visit your Twitter profile, or hover over your @handle if it appears on their feed. Use it to explain the purpose of your brand with clear and simple words. We also advise that you insert relevant #hashtags in your Twitter bio so that you can be found more easily when users look for it using the search bar.
  • Select a Location (30 characters max): The Moon, Mars, the Grand Canyon, or somewhere in the middle of the Pacific, … this can be anything. While it’s fun to dream, it’s also more important to mention where your office(s) is (are) instead.
  • Insert a URL (100 characters max): insert your website’s URL.
  • Mention your brand’s launch date

How to create a Twitter marketing strategy

Audit your Twitter accounts

If your business already has an existing Twitter profile (or more than one profile), the first thing to do is to run an audit. Document all existing accounts and the team member(s) that is responsible for them.

While you’re at it, you should also audit brand compliance for your accounts. Check if your Twitter handle is the same as the handles of your other social media accounts. Check if your profile picture and bio are on-brand. If it applies, update your header image and cancel old adverts that might still be running.

Set SMART goals

The best way to ensure success on Twitter–or any other social media platform, really–is to set measurable goals to keep your plan on track. Instead of publishing Tweets and praying to Twitter gods to smile on you, set SMART goals that align with your overall business objectives.

Say, you want to increase your email list subscribers through Twitter. At the core, you actually want to increase your average click-through rate. You can use your current Twitter click-through rate from your audit to set a specific, measurable goal over a reasonable period of time.

Check out your competition

You can follow them or just search for them to see what (and how) they’re posting. You can also look for things like the number of likes, comments and retweets they get. Doing this will reveal your competitors’ strengths and, most importantly, the weaknesses (or gaps) in their strategy.

Assign roles

To be successful in Twitter marketing, you need to make sure that your accounts are active, and that someone is replying to mentions and DMs. Failure to engage with your audience can ruin your Twitter performance and brand reputation.

If your Twitter account is busy, you might need multiple people monitoring them. But even if only one person is in charge of the account, it’s best that you have a backup team member just in case of any emergency.

If you have multiple people in charge of the account, ensure that everyone knows their responsibilities. You don’t want two or more people trying to respond to the same Tweets and offering repetitive or–gasp!–conflicting answers. You can use a social media management tool like Hootsuite to effectively assign roles and responsibilities.

Create guidelines

To keep your communications clear and consistent, you need a social media style guide. This guide will help you onboard new team members, keep existing team members in alignment, and prevent social media mishaps.

Your social media guidelines should include elements of your overall brand style guide (tone of voice, audience information, etc.) and should be shared with everyone on your team. It should, however, be specific to how you use your social media accounts, including Twitter, with information about:

Make a content calendar

Planning your Tweets ahead of time can take a bit of time, but it will save you stress and effort in the future. I mean, there’s nothing more frustrating than trying to come up with a last-minute Tweet for #NationalPizzaDay.

A social media content calendar helps you organize the content you want to post across all your social media channels and find gaps and conflicts you can rectify. It also helps you identify seasons/holidays/events (Earth Day, International Women’s Day, Halloween, etc.) during which you can post interesting content.

A calendar can also help you evaluate your content and see if your Tweet mix is balanced. You should follow the rule of thirds (#8 on this list). ⅓ of your Tweets should promote your business, ⅓ should be insights from industry influencers/experts, and ⅓ share more personal perspectives.

Measure your performance

But the data you’ll get in Twitter Analytics can be overwhelming. There are a ton of metrics, and many are vanity metrics. So figure out which metrics really matter. For instance, you want conversions or sales from Twitter. if you posted a funny meme that got a lot of retweets, those retweets won’t really matter if they didn’t translate into any conversions.

10 Twitter marketing tips (ranked from the most basic to most advanced)

Complete your profile

When someone comes across your company’s Twitter profile, they should be able to tell right away that it’s yours. This can only happen when you customize your Twitter profile with your logo, brand colors and other stand-out details you want to include.

  • Handle: Your Twitter handle is your username (or account name). For instance, our handle is @AdEspresso. You want your Twitter handle to be the same as your other social media handles and should include your brand’s name so that your followers and target audience can easily search for and find you on Twitter.
  • Profile picture: Your profile picture appears next to every Tweet you post or comment you make, so you should use a high-quality, professional image. You can use your company’s logo, company’s initials, or a crisp picture of your founder/CEO.
  • Header image: Your header image appears on your profile page, and you can use it to communicate vital information to your audience. It can provide information about your business, reflect current campaigns/events, or offer insights into your company culture.

Use Twitter lists

A Twitter list is a group of Twitter accounts that you’ve selected and organized into specific categories. Twitter lists help social media managers tune in to the conversations, campaigns, and events that actually matter to their business.

Adobe

You can create as many Twitter lists as you want — up to a thousand, really, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to create that many. Unlike the main Twitter feed, which is curated through Twitter’s algorithm, the Tweets in your lists are ordered chronologically, which makes it easier to follow ongoing discussions and current events.

Cultivate your brand voice

Twitter is one of the most engaging (and loudest) places you can find your audience. To be successful with your Twitter marketing efforts, you need to cultivate an authentic voice that will help your brand stand out from the noise.

Twitterverse appreciates businesses that are true to themselves, especially when it comes to their Tweets. Even if multiple people are responsible for your Twitter account, your Tweets should be consistent throughout.

Run a Twitter poll

Twitter survey

Polls can do more than help you engage your audience. They let you gather opinions and feedback, learn more about your customers, validate product ideas, and more. This, however, does not replace in-depth research, but polls provide quick and helpful insights.

Schedule your Tweets at optimal post times

Ideally, most of your Tweets and assets should be planned, written, and designed weeks in advance. This ensures that you post them consistently and at the right time. You’ll also never have to worry about missing an important tweet because of unforeseen inconveniences.

When scheduling your Tweets, you have to consider the best times to post them. This increases your engagement as you’ll be posting at times when your audience is online. To learn what the best times to post are, measure your performance with analytics.

Scheduling your Tweets is great, but there’s a caveat: you cannot schedule ALL your Tweets. You still have to respond to mentions and DMs, and join conversations in real-time. But you can (and should) definitely plan and schedule campaigns and blog posts in advance.

Use images and videos

Images and videos can help you communicate more information to your audience. So you can pair an informative Tweet with a chart or infographic, or complement a motivational Tweet with an emotion-provoking image. This is especially useful when you’re organizing an event or launching a product.

Twitter Marketing: Your Ultimate Guide

How Popular is Twitter?

What’s the reason for Twitter’s growth? It’s seen as an authentic network to share opinions and its real-time nature enables breaking news. In fact, Pew Research found that a third of U.S. adults say the platform has helped them be more politically engaged while nearly half understand world events better.

A shock announcement in April 2022 revealed that Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk reached a $44 billion buyout deal for Twitter. His aim for the network is to unlock its potential as a platform for ‘free speech’. He also wants to enhance features, reduce spam and increase transparency.

Twitter Marketing: Your Ultimate Guide

The buyout announcement has caused global controversy with many users immediately responding by pledging to shut down their Twitter accounts. Their concerns? As a self-confessed ‘free speech absolutist’, many Twitter fans worry this will result in a rise in disinformation, abuse, and hate speech.

What is Twitter Famous for?

Hashtags are an integral part of Twitter. They allow users to find relevant content quickly and Twitter features ‘trending’ hashtags in real-time. Hashtags can also be used to spark conversations and enable brands to highlight societal issues such as #BlackLivesMatter and #MeToo. Hashtags were also successful for smaller campaigns such as #BringBackOurGirls which was the campaign for the return of 276 schoolgirls that were abducted in Nigeria, and #Flygskam (‘flight shame’ in Swedish) which encourages people to avoid flying for environmental reasons.

What is a Twitter marketing strategy?

It may seem like you have a lot of moving pieces to consider when building a Twitter marketing strategy for your online store. If you feel a little overwhelmed, don’t worry. Some key factors for a successful Twitter campaign are:

  • Use your Twitter account as another way to offer customer support. Give potential shoppers the option to tweet at your brand or send a direct message (DM) to get help. Companies that use Twitter as a line for customer support see a 19% lift in customer satisfaction, on average.
  • Publish a mix of educational and product posts. Aim to publish about 25% product tweets and 75% valuable content or lifestyle posts. This can help shoppers envision using your product and teach them how to use it well.
  • Retweet customer photos and positive tweets. This helps provide social proof that real people buy, use, and love your company and its products. Even if a customer posts something on Instagram, you can re-post it on your Twitter account too. Don’t forget to tag each customer you repost, and include a link to purchase.
  • Spend time browsing related hashtags. For example, if someone is looking for recommendations on where to buy new shoes, you can comment on their tweet and recommend your products. You can scan the timeline for trending hashtags like #needshoes or #healthylivingtips to find people who need help and are more receptive to your advice. Finding the appropriate hashtags for your products and business will help the targeted audience discover you.

5. Optimize Your Twitter Profile

  • Handle: This is your username, like @rafflepress, for example. Ideally, your handle should be your company name, so it’s easy to search for and find you on Twitter.
  • Header: Your header is your Twitter profile’s background image. You can display a unique image related to your brand or a variation of your company logo and tagline in this area.
  • Profile Picture: Your Twitter profile picture is what users will see whenever you interact on Twitter. This image sits above your Twitter bio and can be your company logo, initials, or even a picture of your CEO.
  • Bio: A Twitter bio includes a summary of what your brand is. Because it has a 160 character limit, you’ll need to keep this summary short, engaging, and include all the important details about what your company does.
  • Website URL: Under your bio is a place to enter your website’s URL. This provides users with a direct link to your site.
  • Birthday: In the same palace as your URL, you can enter the day your company was founded. This allows your audience to learn about your business on a more personal level.

Know that I only recommend products and services I’ve personally used and stand behind. As much as I’d like to tell you that building a successful blog is as simple as writing a great blog post or two, kicking back and watching a flood of readers come flying in, the truth is that growing a blog is a bit more nuanced than that—it’ll take time, repetition and the willingness to experiment.

I’m not just talking about increasing the number of readers on your blog (driving traffic). More importantly, growing a blog is also about building your email list and helping you to make money from your blog. To me, growing a successful blog encompasses each of the following:

Getting more readers for your writing is all well and good, but I want you to have more than just a cool blog that people check out once and go away forever. I want you to have a blog that actively contributes to your financial independence and freedom.

And that’s why this guide to growing a blog touches on each core stage of the blogging journey. The strategies I’m sharing with you today are the culmination of my 8+ years of trial and error growing my blog to 500,000+ monthly readers and often more than $50,000/mo in side income. These are proven tactics that I still put into practice myself—and cost little more than your time, hard work and a touch of creativity.

1. Create a well-researched editorial calendar

How to Grow Your Blog 1 Create Editorial Calendar

As we all know by now, the fundamental pillar of any great content marketing strategy is your ability to produce high-quality content at a consistent rate. Increasingly, that’s what the major search engines (like Google) are rewarding, so it’s an important tenant to learning how to grow your blog.

In order to find your target audience (and bring them to your blog), you’ll need to be able to produce content that they find valuable. To keep those readers, you need to be able to create, develop, and publish that valuable content on a regular basis.

Too often, bloggers take an ad-hoc approach to producing content. While this strategy might work for a while, it will inevitably lead to problems and stall out efforts to grow a blog—such as eventually running out of creative steam and not knowing which blog post ideas to pursue next, losing sight of your overall content marketing strategy, or missing deadlines and opportunities for promotion.

A well-structured editorial calendar solves all of those problems by keeping your content organized, focused on your audience, and constantly flowing. Believe me when I say that your editorial calendar (or lack thereof) will be the one thing that makes or breaks your blog’s ability to grow.

Thankfully, I’ve spent the better part of a decade perfecting my editorial calendar template—both to manage content as I grow my own blog, and in growing the blogs of the world’s top startups like LinkedIn, Google, Zendesk, Adobe and more. You can grab my template for free right here:

2. Collect email subscribers and engage them

How to Grow Your Blog 2 Build an Email List

For one thing, you actually own your email list. By building an email list of engaged fans, you can worry a whole lot less about Google or Facebook suddenly changing their algorithms one day, and finding yourself without an audience overnight. It’s one of the most long-term, sustainable ways to grow your blog and bring back repeat readers.

Email is not only the best way to consistently bring visitors and readers back to your blog—it’ll also be your primary method for reaching out and communicating with your audience on a personal level. Even something as simple as a newsletter that provides updates on your latest content and what you’re working on, will go a long way towards building that sense of know, like, and trust that your audience has with you.

Start exploring different tactics to grow your email list, such as lead magnets, pop-ups and content upgrades (don’t worry, we’ll be getting into these a little later). Make sure you’re also managing your email list with the right blogging tools like ConvertKit (or evaluate the best of the best in my comparison of ConvertKit vs AWeber vs Mailchimp).

Get Social Media Savvy

Social media is your best friend when it comes to marketing your blog. Why? Because it’s instant, it’s effective and it’s used by the masses. It’s easily your most important marketing tool and a guaranteed way to reach the right people and FAST.

Post on social media frequently. Be consistent with posting high quality and relevant content on your social channels. Use tools to schedule your posts such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Tailwind. Be sure to focus on the channels where your ideal readers are.

Use live video. Use Periscope and/or Facebook live to create personal connections with your audience. Facebook live notifies your fans and followers when you’re live, so this is a great way to generate more leads to your blog (but of course, always offer something valuable.) See how Kim did it:

Live Video Marketing

Add a social media feed to your blog. By embedding a social media feed on your blog, you can boost your following and increase engagement. Plus, your blog will automatically be updated with fresh new content at all times.

smash ballon social media feeds plugin

With Smash Balloon, you can decide exactly which content to show, customize the feed to match your brand, display social proof like comments and shares, and much more. The best part? Users can interact with your social media feeds right from your blog.

Get Networking

The reason for networking is simple: it’s all about who you know. If you want to grow, it is crucial that you extend your circle. Be seen and be heard. If you can learn to leverage your network, you’ll see your traffic grow instantly.

Communicate by leaving comments on their blog or social media posts. Not only will their followers then see your comments and be drawn back to your blog or account, but it shows support to the blogger and will encourage them to do the same for you.

Guest post. Immediately you are being presented to a whole new collection of readers who, if they like what they read, will be drawn to your own blog. It’s also likely the post will be shared by the blogger on social media tagging you in it. (Just make sure you avoid these 6 guest blogging mistakes.)

Build your own Facebook group. Facebook groups are great for supporting other bloggers from your niche. That could be travel bloggers, beauty bloggers or even just bloggers from your local area. Promote it with a paid ad and watch as the group fills up. You can then encourage people to not only share their posts, but also any blogger events that might be of interest.

Collaborate with others. Take part in interviews, get featured on podcasts, get a mention in round-up posts, and try to think of any creative ways to build interesting partnerships with complimentary bloggers.

Proven Ways to Make Money Fast

You don’t need any serious qualification to do this. Usually, this involves clicking on links, taking surveys, giving an opinion, doing some light categorizing or other human-intelligence tasks (HITs as they like to call it).

Pile of money stacked on reflective surface.

Proven Ways to Make Money Fast

None of the 32 strategies listed here to get some money quickly will break the proverbial bank. Some are easier than others, but nearly all require very little to no capital. They are meant to get you through the difficult times.

Some of these strategies to make extra money will require you to be in certain locales, while others are location-independent, but it all boils down to being resourceful. We’ve all found ourselves in a tight spot at one point in our lives or another, but to the person who’s committed, anything is possible.

Much of this has to do with mindset. When you lack money, scarcity thinking sets in. The scarcity mindset is negative and thinks that there’s never enough of whatever it is to go around. When you find yourself thinking like that, do everything in your power to move into an abundant mindset.

Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. We have upwards of 60,000 thoughts per day, many deep within our subconscious mind, much of which are repeated. We have to be stewards of our thoughts. Once you find yourself thinking negatively, you need to jar yourself out of that.

When you’re looking to make money fast, you’re often in a tough spot financially, even desperate to make ends meet, but everything that we have and everything that we become is partly born from our thoughts. Think and you shall become. Curate and cultivate the right thoughts if you want to live an abundant life.

Print on demand is similar to dropshipping in the sense that you don’t need to carry inventory or ship out products to customers yourself. There are two slight differences, though. First, you can add branded labels on packages, which is great for brand recognition. Second, shipping costs are quite expensive, making it difficult to create a sustainable business unless you charge higher prices or sell higher quantities. But you have great suppliers in US, Canada or Europe like Printify or Printful to get started right away and reach your dream of creating your own clothing line.

3. Make Money with Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is one of the most popular ways to make money online. Throughout the years, its popularity has gone up and down, but it continues to prove to be a stable way to make money online. The best part about affiliate marketing is that you can be an affiliate for nearly any company, from Shopify to Amazon to Uber to FabFitFun.

Affiliate marketing allows you to earn a living by promoting other brands. If you’re a savvy marketer, you can earn a commission from sales by promoting retail products, software, apps, and more. While earning a commission may seem small, keep in mind that you can be an affiliate for several brands and include several affiliate links on a single blog post.

If you really want to make money online doing affiliate marketing, your best bet is to focus on content marketing. By building out a blog with several pages of high-quality content, you essentially create an asset you can call your own. The best part about focusing on content marketing is that if an affiliate program shuts down, you can switch the affiliate link to a competitor without negatively impacting your side hustle income.

4. Start a YouTube Channel

If others can make money from YouTube, so can you. The highest-paid YouTuber is 7-year-old Ryan , who reviews toys on his YouTube channel, which made him $22 million in 2018. Another high earner is Jeffree Star, who’s made more than $18 million on YouTube and has a cosmetics brand that sells about $100 million in products annually. His YouTube (and Myspace) fame helped him use his influence to make money online beyond his YouTube earnings.

Your YouTube channel should focus on a single niche so you can build a strong, loyal audience . For example, you can create makeup tutorials, stream video games, review products, teach skills, create prank videos, or anything else you think there’d be an audience for.

The secret to making money on YouTube is to create content people want that either educates or entertains. You can use a headline that’s witty to entice people to watch, or you can use keywords that are optimized for YouTube search. Once you’ve reached the 1,000 subscriber milestone, you can officially monetize your channel with YouTube ads .

5. Become an Influencer

Building a personal brand can also help you make money online. Did you know in 2019, Cristiano Ronaldo earned $975,000 for every sponsored Instagram post, making him the highest-paid influencer? While it may seem like reality stars, singers, and athletes are the biggest influencers, keep in mind that even smaller-scale influencers can make more money today than they did a few years back

How to Communicate Effectively: Tips for Clearer Exchanges and Fewer Misunderstandings

Try to set aside judgment. In order to communicate effectively with someone, you don’t have to like them or agree with their ideas, values, or opinions. However, you do need to set aside your judgment and withhold blame and criticism in order to fully understand them. The most difficult communication, when successfully executed, can often lead to an unlikely connection with someone.

How to communicate with others: The effective communication skills

Developing your communication skills can help all aspects of your life, from your professional life to social gatherings and everything in between. The ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended, is a vital life skill and something that should not be overlooked. It’s never too late to work on your communication skills and by doing so improve your quality of life.

Communication is the act of expressing (or transmitting) ideas, information, knowledge, thoughts, and feelings, as well as understanding what is expressed by others. The communication process involves both sending and receiving messages and can take many forms.

Verbal communication is the spoken word, while nonverbal communication involves actions, facial expressions, body position, and gestures. Communication can occur in one-on-one or group settings, and in written formats (e.g., printed materials) or in visual formats (e.g., pictures, videos, and observational learning). And it involves not only the content of a message but also its emotional impact or the effect the message has on the person receiving it.

In fact, communication experts suggest that between 65% and 93% of the meaning of a message is conveyed through tone of voice and nonverbal behaviors (Johnson 2003). Thus, in addition to becoming aware of the words you use, it is essential that you become aware of your tone and nonverbal behaviors so that you understand the messages you are sending to partners.

Beyond message content, then, communication also involves the emotional impact of the message on the partner. Effective communicators give equal weight to message content and emotional impact on the receiver.

Emotional awareness is a skill that, with patience and practice, can be learned at any time of life. You can develop emotional awareness by learning how to get in touch with difficult emotions and manage uncomfortable feelings, including anger, sadness, fear, disgust, surprise, and joy. When you know how to do this, you can remain in control of your emotions and behavior, even in very challenging situations, and communicate more clearly and effectively.

How to Communicate Effectively

1. Listen so you can understand.

how to communicate better image

When it comes to communication, listening is just as important as expressing yourself. Learn how to be a better listener so you can understand the needs or concerns of your audience and address them effectively.

Interpersonal communication is an exchange between two or more people. If you only focus on what you’re going to say and don’t pay any attention to what the other person is sharing, then you’re not really communicating.

Without actively listening (which is more than just hearing), you could easily miss important details and other cues, which can lead to misunderstandings and more problems down the line.

2. Ask questions.

asking questions for better communication image

The goal here is not to control the conversation (though questions can help you do that) or to quiz your listener. Rather, you should use questions to better understand the person you’re engaging with.

Ask questions to gain clarity. If you’re confused or unsure of what the other person meant, don’t be afraid to ask for clarification. Questions aren’t a sign of stupidity or weakness, but rather of someone who’s confident and self-aware enough to seek help so they can understand something important.

Questions are also an important aspect of active listening. Asking the speaker how they feel about the situation they’re describing, or asking for clarification to better understand their situation, indicates that you’re actually paying attention and showing empathy.

3. Think before speaking.

Words are powerful, and speaking carelessly can have serious consequences. You should be able to speak your mind, but pause for a moment to consider how you can do that in the most effective, considerate way.

4. Speak with straightforwardness.

We often tend to play games with people by not being open and honest. This is a practice for those who have learned to be passive aggressive. However, the people we admire the most are those who are honest and truthful. Men or women considered to be leaders, or have charisma, or are given high respect are those who can speak with candor.

Speaking candidly does not mean speaking harshly, rudely or in a way that can harm. Learning to speak the truth with tact or finesse will give you freedom in your ability to work with people and reward you with positive regard from others.

Skill 3: Keep stress in check

How many times have you felt stressed during a disagreement with your spouse, kids, boss, friends, or coworkers and then said or done something you later regretted? If you can quickly relieve stress and return to a calm state, you’ll not only avoid such regrets, but in many cases you’ll also help to calm the other person as well. It’s only when you’re in a calm, relaxed state that you’ll be able to know whether the situation requires a response, or whether the other person’s signals indicate it would be better to remain silent.

In situations such as a job interview, business presentation, high-pressure meeting, or introduction to a loved one’s family, for example, it’s important to manage your emotions, think on your feet, and effectively communicate under pressure.

Quick stress relief for effective communication

When a conversation starts to get heated, you need something quick and immediate to bring down the emotional intensity. By learning to quickly reduce stress in the moment, you can safely take stock of any strong emotions you’re experiencing, regulate your feelings, and behave appropriately.

Recognize when you’re becoming stressed. Your body will let you know if you’re stressed as you communicate. Are your muscles or stomach tight? Are your hands clenched? Is your breath shallow? Are you “forgetting” to breathe?

Bring your senses to the rescue. The best way to rapidly and reliably relieve stress is through the senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, smell—or movement. For example, you could pop a peppermint in your mouth, squeeze a stress ball in your pocket, take a few deep breaths, clench and relax your muscles, or simply recall a soothing, sensory-rich image. Each person responds differently to sensory input, so you need to find a coping mechanism that is soothing to you.

Look for humor in the situation. When used appropriately, humor is a great way to relieve stress when communicating. When you or those around you start taking things too seriously, find a way to lighten the mood by sharing a joke or an amusing story.

How To Improve Communication – 27 Tips

When it comes to how to communicate, we need to come in with complete and utter honesty and authenticity. I think the hardest thing for humans to do is to be authentic. We either hold back as we want to keep our walls up in order to not get hurt or save face. Or we exaggerate things, truths, emotions or scenarios in order to make us or our stories seems better or more entertaining and to add more emphasis to the effect we have on people. So one of the best ways to communicate to people is to be completely honest with all your might. People will feel your authenticity and appreciate it.

We are so used to people exaggerating, lying and even holding back on some of the truths or facts about things we are talking about. People will respect the fact that, although at times tough, you are being completely authentic to them. It seems to speak to a place to people or the need and desire to be respected. When you do this, you satisfy a deep human desire where the connection with this person will be genuine. It will also allow you to build a better relationship with the person and making proper communication much easier with them in the process.

Building this habit with people will also make communication with everyone else easier as you will be breaking through fears that we have with communication. We will begin master it and make communicating with anyone and everyone else much easier.

When we are at any degree vague about what someone is saying, hinting or even holding back. The best thing to do is to get clarity right away. By getting clarity right away, you will be able to move forward more effectively in your communication with this person. Instead of trying to get clear about it later on, when you may have forgot what it was, or it is too late to circle back to in order to keep communication effective.

Often times we forget or refuse to communicate what we really want from the person or people we have relationships with. Romantic, work related, friends family. The best thing to do is to tell these people EXACTLY what you want and need from them. Along with of course, doing the same for them. This can break down the wall of awkwardness between you two. It will allow there to be more trust build in the relationship because you are being real with each other. We all have needs, and when they are satisfied, we can open up more so to the person that is satisfying them. We are more apt to go out of the way for each other and be honest with each other. As we have a feeling of getting each other and feeling each others pain and pleasures. This builds a more emotional bond with someone that allows for both verbal and non verbal communication to flow between you two.

What Is A ‘Ghostwriting’ and When It’s Time to Use It

Maybe you have been wondering how celebrities with their busy schedule manage to engage with their fans in social media. They are performing, yet there are new feeds now and then in their social media accounts. Since they cannot manage all that work, they require a ghostwriter. A ghostwriting is when you hire a professional writer to write content on your behalf. All the credit remains to you, and everyone will think you are the one who wrote. Companies and individuals also hire ghostwriters to help them to write books, blogs, articles, among other content. When do you require a ghostwriter?

  • If You Have an Interesting Story

If you have an exciting story that you would like to tell but you lack the confidence to write, hire a ghostwriter. Whether the story is fiction or non-fiction, you will only require telling him what he wants, and he will deal with the rest. After publishing the book, you will become a famous author, thanks to the ghostwriter.

  • If You Struggle With Writing

Unfortunately, some people with the most exciting life stories lack excellent writing skills. If you are one of them and would like people to read your life story, you need a ghostwriter. The same case if you have ideas that you would like people to understand or know.

Maybe you are wondering if ghostwriters still exist. Check ghostwriters who write my research paper for me and let them write the content for you. Their charges are reasonable. Your work will be highly recognized, but all credit remains with you. You can easily hire one, and he will not write anything other than what you intend to tell. With his writing skills, he will offer valuable advice on how to make the content more appealing.

  • If You Are Busy

If you are a celeb, you require someone to write your blogs and manage social media account. That will help you engage with fans and know what they need. You should hire a ghostwriter. A big company also requires ghostwriting services to market their brand and understand what the customer’s request. Any other busy person who lacks time to write articles, manage a website, write a white paper, title tags, books, and other contents, should hire a ghostwriter.

  • You Lack Good English

One way to reach many people all over the world is to use a language they can understand. You do not have to be a native to write well. Unfortunately, if your English is not fluent, the readers may not know what you are saying. That is where you require ghostwriting services. You can either hire a native or non-native ghostwriter who writes engaging content.

  • If You Procrastinate

Maybe you wrote an outline of a story years ago. Every time you think about it, you promise to write and publish a book before the end of that year. A couple of years have passed, yet the notebook containing the outline is just accumulating dust. Procrastinate no more and hire a ghostwriter. After giving instructions and setting a deadline, the ghostwriter will follow your rules strictly and provide valuable content.

Conclusion

The world requires knowing your story, whether a true story, fiction, or even ideas. Do not let your busy schedule, procrastination, poor writing skills, and even poor English hinder you. You should hire a ghostwriter to do the work on your behalf. The credit does not go to the ghostwriter but remains with you. You can be a famous author, yet you have never written any page, all thanks to ghostwriting services.
